On this 4 days tour from Marrakech to Merzouga, you will experience high mountain passes where views will be witnessed across several miles, Kasbahs, a camel trek in Merzouga over the Erg Chebbi Dunes. There is nothing more spectacular than an overnight stay in a Bedouin desert camp. This allows you and the shared party you are with a chance to star gaze into the sky, watch the sunset and rise when on a camel ride and see hundreds of Kasbahs

DAY 1: MARRAKECH – ATLAS MOUNTAINS – AIT BEN HADDOU – BOUMALNE DADES
Begin your 3-day adventure with a journey through the towering peaks of Morocco's Tizi n Tichka Pass. Stop to explore the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, an incredible UNESCO World Heritage site featured in countless films! Continue on towards Ksar Taourirt in Ouarzazate before making a desert trek across Skoura Palm grove and up into tranquil Rose Valley where you can discover brilliant kasbahs surrounded by stunning natural landscapes. Wrap it all up with a night spent overlooking Boumalne Dades from beautiful lodgings complete with dinner for true Moroccan experience.

DAY 2: BOUMALNE DADES – TODGHA GORGES – MERZOUGA CAMEL TREK
Go on an unforgettable journey and explore the exotic Sahara with your morning departure towards Merzouga. Enjoy a visit to the small town of Tinghir, then take in some breathtaking views of the red-rock canyons at Todra Gorge during lunch. Afterwards make your way through Tinjedad before arriving in Erfoud where you'll find remarkable fossils from times long past. Finally you will reach Merzouga Desert for a camel ride across its sands - and take in an unforgettable sunset! Top off this adventure by camping overnight beside the dunes for an enchanting night like no other surrounded only by peace and serenit

DAY 3: MERZOUGA
The third day of this daring tour of the Moroccan Sahara will see you enjoy Merzouga. You will have breakfast at the hotel, have the opportunity to swim in the hotel pool, have free time to explore the activities offered in the desert area, and enjoy a one-night stay at the hotel with a sumptuous dinner at the end of the day. There are plenty of activities like quad biking, buggy riding through the dunes, and biking, but these activities will be at your own expense.

DAY 4: MERZOUGA – OUARZAZATE – ATLAS MOUNTAINS – MARRAKECH
There is a long drive of around 9 hours ahead of us as we drive back to Marrakech. The day begins with breakfast and along the way, there will be a stop at the city of Ouarzazate for lunch. We arrive back in Marrakech around 19h00.

Our trip from Marrakech to Fes was beyond amazing. The stunning scenery created unforgettable moments, and our driver Abdou’s friendly manner added a special touch to the experience, making it truly excellent. Although our time in the desert was short, Mubarak, our host in the luxury tents, shared captivating insights into Bedouin life, adding an exceptional touch to our experience. Our only regret was not spending more time in the desert.

We had a 4-day shared luxury trip with Abderrahim. He was a very nice and careful guide from first to last minute. The first day were a trail from Marrakech to Atlas Mountains and up to the tizin tichka peak. We continued our journey with a drive to Dades Gorges, then to Merzouga and overnight in Sahara. The most exciting things were the sunrise and quadbike ride.

This was my first time traveling with a group, and it was an awesome experience! 🤩 Abdou took care of every detail, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The van was super comfortable, making the journey easy and relaxing. We had the chance to try some fantastic local food—definitely a highlight! Our nights in Marrakesh were spent in a beautifully renovated riad, which added a touch of charm and authenticity to the whole experience. Highly recommend!

Best driver ever! We have had many before and after him, and he is the best by far. He put in a lot of effort to connect with us, and stop for photos and take us to special places that was not part of our tour. He was exceptional in every possible way.
