Ryanair’s first domestic flights launch from Marrakech airport
Sunday, March 31, Rainier Airlines launched a new beginning in Morocco’s world of domestic flights, launching its first flights linking the cities of Oujda and Tetouan with Marrakesh.
The first flight, No. FR6741 departed from Marrakesh at 5:30 am and ended in Oujda at 6:30 am.
The second flight, FR6768, departed from Marrakesh at 9:30 am and arrived in Tetouan at 10:30 am.
This step represents an exciting new beginning for domestic travel in Morocco, as it is expected to reduce the isolation that some cities, such as Essaouira, Ouarzazate, and Errachidia, were suffering from.
These trips will also allow visitors to explore more parts of the Kingdom and extend their stay there, which will enhance tourism throughout the country at competitive prices. It will also provide an opportunity to discover new destinations in the future, including Dakhla and Nador.
