We had a wonderful time with Abdou in Nov’2018. Many friends had recommended Merzouga over Zagora as it gives more time to enjoy the desert and it’s more majestic, and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 1 night in Dades and 1 night in the desert (sky is so clear you can see all the stars). Bring some warm clothes as it gets chilly in the desert at night.
It’s much more convenient to travel in a van with a small group than a big uncomfortable coach bus and you get to stop for pictures!

I visited Morroco in 2014 and 2018. Both time I took trips with Abdou. I visited Essaouira, Ouzud waterfalls, Rabat and Casablanca, and the 3 days desert trip. Traveling with Abdou is super fun, we joked, listened to good music (whatever we wanted) and he would sing with us :)). In 2018 we took only private trips (6 people). His prices are fair and lower than others. He recommended us where to eat or where to go to a spa. In the first day he took us to a local club, with prices for locals, very cheap compared to restaurants from Jamma el-Fna, made for tourists. If I will ever come back to Morroco I would definetly talk to him to book my trips.

I had an amazing experience in Morocco. With this trip I managed to see lots of sites I wouldn’t be able to do by my self. Merzouga is an amazing part of the desert, and we also stop by I. Beautiful places like berbere villages or Dades valley, were we could sleep in a hotel with a private room, with a balcony.
I think the distances are quite long, so we spent a lot of time in the car, and for me that part was a little bad because I get sick on the curves. Despite that, it is perfect to see a little bit of places further from the city is a short time and you can always take pictures with your group and get to know many people.

My sister and I did this trip a little while ago, back to back with the trip to Zagora. From the moment we were picked up at our hotel we had the most amazing adventure. Abdou is not only a really safe and competent driver but immediately made us feel like friends. He even gently corrected my three words of Arabic to prevent me continuing to making a twit of myself.
I am not normally one to do tours as they can be a bit too rigid but we were able to ask to stop when we wanted and never felt hurried. The accommodation in both the hotels and the tents was comfortable, the food very tasty and the service by all the staff was excellent.
The whole experience was brilliant – great activities and good grub with professional and friendly people who know what they are doing. Can’t recommend this company enough and will definitely be returning.
