This tour will take us to the east of Marrakech and the travel time to the Ouzoud waterfalls is approximately 3 hours. You can join this tour as a group in a minibus. You will be picked up from your hotel and we will head to the waterfalls where you will enjoy spectacular views of the Ouzoud waterfalls.

Getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relaxing in the natural spectacle of this place will be the first real feeling of pleasure you will feel on this tour. Not many tourists manage to go this far into these parts, but this tour will take you from the city to the waterfalls and back in a full and spectacular day.
Not many people will get the chance to see the parts of Morocco that we will discover on this tour. You should bring a good pair of walking shoes as we will explore the beauty of the countryside at times on our way to the Ouzoud waterfalls.
We will pass through several small towns and villages with a real rural feel. At times you will feel like you have stepped back in time as some of the villagers go about their daily business in some of the most spectacular areas of outstanding natural beauty.
Along the way you will see the monkeys and can even greet them as they are not as shy as you might think. Once you arrive at the waterfalls our guide will show you some of the best aspects of this area.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants among the waterfalls where you can relax by the natural pools at the bottom of some of the cascades and rushing rivers. Many choose to bring a picnic lunch and dine in the area around the falls.
You should bring sunscreen, a camera and a change of clothes if you plan on swimming in some of the pools at the base of the falls. But one thing is for sure: you won’t forget this excursion among the huge natural waterfalls, the Barbary macaques and the rural villages that seem frozen in time. We return to Marrakech by the same picturesque route we took on the way out and return in the early evening.

As soon as the viewer looks at the Ouzoud Falls, he feels this attractive magic and is amazed by the waters that descend from top to bottom, the view of their gatherings and the boats that float there. The descender goes from top to bottom, and at each stage he enjoys the view of these waterfalls and these monkeys that can sometimes appear. Without forgetting that the areas of these waterfalls are an opportunity for walkers to discover another beauty.

The waterfall is magnificent, cute monkeys to welcome you and come eat nuts in the palm of your hands, a beautiful walk of about 2h30/3h, count about the same amount of road from Marrakech, a small boat to get as close as possible to the cabin and restaurants with breathtaking views of the waterfall to eat. Honestly to do if it fits your schedule!

Perfect excursion thanks to a top guide. He never stopped making sure we were the first for everything. This was to avoid us being caught in the crowd and having to wait. His explanations were interesting and clear. It is a visit to do because the site is magnificent!

I had booked this excursion which is located about 03:00 from Marrakech. I can only advise you to go there: between the landscapes, the waterfall and the little monkeys that we meet on the road, it was crazy! Thanks to Abdellah (our driver/guide) for all these explanations as well as all your advice during our trip.
