Day 1. Marrakech –Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou-Zagora 6 h 11 min (349,8 km)

Your budget shared 4 days desert tours from Marrakech to Morocco Sahara will start at 7:30 morning. We depart from Marrakech to Zagora, through the Atlas Mountains and Tizi N Tichka Pass (2260m). You are impressed by the beauty of mountains, beautiful landscapes, and Berber villages.
In the middle of the Atlas, we will stop for taking pictures, and drink a coffee or tea, then we will continue the travel until Kasbah Ait Ben Hadou, UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will spend time here having lunch and visiting the Kasbah with a local guide.
Your trip will continue through Draa Valley to reach Zagora. At the sunset, you will be dropped off by camels for your camel ride into the Zagora desert camp. You will enjoy it by sunset and when you will arrive in a tent you will be waiting for Moroccan dinner and under millions of stars from the sky, you will enjoy the first night in the desert.

Day 2. Zagora-Ouarzazate-Dades Gorges (275 km, 4h 30 min)

After breakfast in the desert and a sunrise camel ride, we will continue our trip through Ouarzazate, “the Hollywood of Africa”. Here we will stop to visit the famous Kasbah of Taourirt and have lunch. In the afternoon we will arrive at Hotel Dades Gorges where we will wait for dinner and spend the night.

Day 3. Dades Gorges-Todgha Gorges- Merzouga (269 km, 4h 15 min)

After breakfast, we drive from Dades Gorge to Merzouga via the Todgha Gorge. Will be impressive by Dades Valley with its geological features named Monkey feet and Togdha Gorges, a series of stone river canyons. We will stop here for taking pictures and walk. We will stop for lunch before arriving in Erfoud and then we continued our trip to Merzouga.
The camel trek at the sunset, the color of Merzouga dunes, and the silence of the desert it is experienced will be waiting. We will be waiting for Berber dinner, and traditional music around the fire in the desert.

Day 4. Merzouga – Ouarzazate – Atlas Mountains – Marrakech (560 km- 9 h)

After an early sunrise camel trek through Merzouga dunes, arrive at the camp operator’s lodge for breakfast and shower and then you will meet our driver and drive back to Ouarzazate. After some time of leisure, take lunch on the road, and finally, we continue to Marrakech passing the Atlas mountain the tour finishes in Marrakech at about 7 PM, where you will be left at your accommodation. Hence end of our Marrakech desert tours 3 days.

This was a fabulous trip, so relaxing, such a taste of the variety of the different environs in Morocco and the history of the areas. Our driver and general guide were so knowledgeable and accommodating that this trip was the number one of my lifetime
